The original tin robot Dog to the rescue! Rover walks like an upright robot swinging his arms. His head is detachable as an independent rolling rescue dog. He features pins in his feet to move the walking body and a on/off switch on his back. Look carefully and you can see the man inside driving this unique robot/dog rescue team. He is a inspired by tin toy robots from Japan of the 1940’s.
